We ask that patients give us 24 hours notice for cancellations or amendments. 

 

We usually have a number of people on our waiting list at any given time, and therefore are usually able offer the spot to another patient eagerly awaiting our call.  For this reason, we charge a cancellation fee of $60 for 'no shows' and appointments cancelled within this 24 hour period.

Ultimately we strive for a 'win win win'  scenario, in which you get the appointment time you need, someone else is given an appointment they need and we are not left with wasted time.
